Role Overview
We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our retail store operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, managing the store team, and ensuring the store reflects our brand identity and standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Store Operations Management
Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
Maintain store cleanliness, visual standards, and overall presentation
Manage stock levels, inventory, and product availability
2. Sales Performance & Target Achievement
Drive store sales and ensure targets are met or exceeded
Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Implement strategies to increase conversion, ATV, and customer retention
3. Team Leadership & Development
Lead, train, and motivate store team (sales assistants, host, etc.)
Set clear expectations, schedules, and daily priorities
Conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching sessions
4. Customer Experience & Service Excellence
Ensure high-quality customer service aligned with brand values
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and problem resolution
Create a welcoming and engaging in-store experience
5. Visual Merchandising & Brand Execution
Execute visual merchandising according to brand guidelines
Ensure product displays support storytelling and sales
Collaborate with marketing team for in-store campaigns or activations
6. Reporting & Administration
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Monitor store expenses and operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
Proven experience as Store Manager or similar role in retail
Strong leadership and team management skills
Sales-driven mindset with good analytical ability
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Passion for retail, lifestyle, and/or outdoor industry
