Jobdesk :
1. Manage daily showroom operations, including staff schedules, customer service, cleanliness, and product displays.
2. Welcome customers and explain products, then guide them to order through Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop. (No direct sales or payments at the showroom during the initial stage.)
3. Collect customer questions, needs, and feedback, including information about competitors, and report the feedback to the online team.
4. Check and manage product samples, including stock counts, damaged items, and missing products.
5. Prepare the showroom and product samples for social media content and live-streaming activities.
6. Coordinate with headquarters to follow brand standards and promotions, and prepare for future full retail operations once the required licenses are obtained.
7. Using English as daily communication.
