Job Description
- Oversee daily restaurant & café operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, supervise, and develop the outlet team.
- Ensure service, product quality, cleanliness, and SOP standards are consistently maintained.
- Monitor sales performance, operational costs, inventory, and stock levels.
- Handle customer feedback and ensure excellent guest experience.
- Conduct team briefings, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Manage manpower planning, scheduling, and team discipline.
- Prepare operational reports and follow up on outlet issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Manager in a restaurant or café.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of restaurant & café operations.
- Customer-oriented with strong commercial awareness.
- Able to manage and develop a team.
- Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
