Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth business performance and excellent customer service.
- Lead, supervise, and develop the store team to achieve sales targets and operational KPIs.
- Monitor inventory, product displays, and store standards to ensure an optimal shopping experience.
- Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve store productivity and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in the retail industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented with experience in managing sales performance and store operations.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Willing to be placed in Medan
