Hiring: Store Manager (Kepala Toko) (Full-Time)
Employment Type: Full-time
The Store Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the overall operations of the store to ensure efficient and effective daily activities in accordance with company standards and SOPs. The position is responsible for achieving sales and operational targets, maintaining product and service quality, managing store employees, controlling inventory and operational costs, ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards, and delivering a positive customer experience.
Working Schedule:
· 6 days per week, 10–12 hours per day (covering lunch and dinner peak hours)
· Flexibility to work shifts may be required depending on the operational schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily outlet operations from opening to closing.
- Ensure FOH and BOH operations run smoothly and efficiently according to company SOPs.
- Take responsibility for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Analyze store performance and develop action plans to improve sales and profitability.
- Lead, schedule, train, coach, and evaluate outlet staff.
- Maintain team discipline, productivity, accountability, and a positive working environment.
- Monitor inventory, stock opname, stock usage, waste, and stock discrepancies.
- Control COGS, labor costs, and operational expenses to minimize losses and improve efficiency.
- Ensure consistent product quality, portioning, food handling, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Ensure equipment and outlet facilities are properly maintained.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and overall customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure all employees consistently follow company SOPs, policies, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Maintain the outlet's cleanliness, appearance, and brand standards.
- Prepare regular sales, inventory, waste, attendance, and operational reports.
- Coordinate with Management, Research & Development, Finance, Purchasing, and other departments to support outlet operations and business initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum education of Senior High School/Vocational School, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree. A degree in Hospitality, F&B, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the F&B or retail industry, preferably with supervisory or leadership experience.
- Must possess strong cooking skills and comprehensive knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and F&B practices.
- Must demonstrate high integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness, particularly in handling cash, inventory, company assets, and confidential information.
- Must have extensive knowledge of F&B operations, including food preparation, food safety, hygiene standards, inventory management, and quality control.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise and guide a team of 4–5 kitchen staff.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Target-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Able to maintain consistent food quality and ensure products are prepared according to established recipes and company standards.
- Able to work under pressure and manage daily restaurant operations effectively.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to operational requirements.
- High integrity and strong sense of responsibility toward store operations and team performance.
Salary:
· IDR 4,800,000 – 6,000,000 / month
· Probation: 3 months (90% salary during probation)
