Create and maintain service and operational standards, making use of best practices and efficiencies where possible

Prepare daily, monthly and annual reports addressed to management consisting of Schedule, Sales Report, Inventory, All Cost, Guest Complain
Responsible for petty cash, sales reports, operational expenses and food costs
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in F&B Services Management
3+ years as Restaurant Manager Japanese restaurant
10+ years in F&B industry
Familiar handle QC, Food/Waste Cost, Sales Analyst
Strong leadership & management skills
Excellent communication & teamwork abilities
Have a passion for guest service and drive creating great guest memories
Must be a highly committed individual, outgoing, energetic, positive attitude
Able to work under pressure & meet deadlines
