What do we expect:
• Daily report to Operation Leader at Hopoo.
• Have good time management and problem management.
• Manage and lead a team of around 10-15 people.
• Work in a structured and measurable manner, firm, fast, and responsible in their field.
• Oriented to quality and sales targets.
• Ensuring inventory management, workflow, menu quality and daily services run well.
• Analyzing the outlets requirements, customers needs, and being able to continuous improvement.
• Able to handle consumer complaints properly.
• Willing to be placed in all Hopoo outlets through out Indonesia.
Helpful background for this role:
• Minimum 3 years experience in F&B and 1 year as Supervisor/Assistant manager/restaurant manager in fast food.
• Minimum education D3
• Maximum age 35 years.
• Ambitious and active person
• Attractive and fresh look
• Able to operate Microsoft office and related tools properly
