As a Store Manager and Store Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our local coffee culture. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, and driving sales within your store. We are looking for candidates who are eager to contribute to the success of Tomoro Coffee Jawa Tengah. A high school diploma (SMA/SMK) is required, along with between one and three years of experience in store management, operations, and sales. You should possess strong leadership skills, the ability to manage time effectively, and a genuine passion for customer service.
