👩💼 Role Summary
As a Store Leader, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading the team to achieve sales and operational excellence.
You are the bridge between Head Office and the store crew, maintaining quality, efficiency, and team motivation.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence
- Ensure store runs efficiently and meets daily performance targets (sales, service time, COGS, and waste).
- Maintain product quality and store cleanliness according to brand SOP.
- Oversee cash handling, stock control, and shift scheduling.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
- Leadership & People Management
- Supervise and train team members (Salad Artists, Cashiers, Kitchen Staff).
- Conduct daily briefings and performance check-ins.
- Foster teamwork, discipline, and a positive work environment.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
- Customer Experience
- Maintain high service standards and hospitality in every customer interaction.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
- Ensure consistent brand experience for dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders
- Reporting & Coordination
- Submit daily sales, inventory, and attendance reports to HO.
- Communicate operational needs to Area Manager and related departments (marketing, supply chain, finance).
- Implement new programs or campaigns from Head Office effectively.

💡 Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Leader / Supervisor in F&B or retail.

- Willing to work on weekends or flexible shifts as needed.
