Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service.
* Manage cashier operations, inventory control, and stock opname.
* Lead, supervise, and evaluate store staff performance.
* Organize work schedules and delegate tasks effectively.
* Ensure store operations comply with SOPs and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Store Leader, Supervisor, or similar role (SPA industry is preferred).
* Experienced in cashier operations and stock opname.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Able to communicate in English.
* Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
