Assignment Area: Badung, Bali (Batu Mejan, Berawa, & Pererenan)
Qualifications:
- Min. 2 - 3 years experience as Store PIC/ Leader/Supervisor in fashion retail.
- Sales & target oriented.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Able to communicate effectively both oral and written.
- Friendly.
- Keen interest and knowledge about fashion and its trends.
- Able to do time management and administrative work well.
- Able to communicate in english is a must.
- Preferably 26 - 30 years old.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead store team to achieve sales targets.
- Maximize store profitability with strategic execution.
- Manage day-to-day store operations.
- Enhance customer experience and resolve issues.
- Optimize product displays and visual merchandising.
- Generate routine administrative reports on sales and inventory.
