Work Location: Jl. Majapahit No.441, Gemah, Kec. Pedurungan, Kota Semarang, Jawa Tengah 50246
Job responsibilities :
1. Manage store operation and max. the sales performance.
2. Supervise and guide store staff to ensure smooth workflow with high work efficiency.
3. Be responsible to sales targets and keep thinking strategy to improve sales.
4. Ensure proper inventory management, stock control, and product display
5. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide effective solutions
6. Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
7. Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies
8. Prepare operational reports and provide feedback to leader
Requirements :
1. Must speak english fluently (The interview will be fully conducted in English) with furniture sales management experience preferred.
2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail or supervisory (lead a team) role
3. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to manage the pressure enviroment and motivate the team effectively
5. Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
6. Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales techniques
7. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace tools
8. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
9. High level of integrity, responsibility, and professionalism
