Job Desc :
- Process and code invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeline payment
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions
- Work closely with internal departments and external vendors to resolve any payment issues or discrepancies
- Assist with other accounting duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related field.
- Good in verbal and written English is a plus
- Has a basic accounting skill.
- Able to operate Ms. Excel / Google sheet and Xero System, POS system.
- Hard worker, positive attitude, good personality.
- Honest and attention to detail.
- Good on time management.
- On-site in Bali
