Job Description
- Create a preventive maintenance plan
- Ensure the condition of production and supporting machines is in good condition and ready to use
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects.
- Utilize in-depth engineering knowledge to troubleshoot and provide technical guidance.
- Carrying out improvements to increase machine effectiveness and cost savings
Qualification
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a food manufacturing or processing environment
- Strong technical knowledge of food production equipment, utilities, and facilities management
- Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards applicable to food manufacturing
- Experienced in leading or being a part of project management skills
