Deskripsi pekerjaan Store Construction Supervisor M&G Life
Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage the construction process for new stores at Indonesia market expansion,
including project schedule, cost control and 360 coordination.
2. Lead internal and external project stakeholders including designers, contractors,
suppliers and consultants to meet overall project objectives.\
3. Supervise and develop technical and quality guidelines, manuals.
4. Ensure architectural and experiential intent are met at the highest of standards.
5. Manage the technical evaluation of new suppliers and products, lead and manage price
negotiations and provide the necessary information for calls and tenders.
6. Spearhead further development and technical improvement of fixtures and elements
with emphasis on value engineering, better roll-out efficiency, packaging and logistics.
7. Manage maintenance work and inventory.
8. Travel to job sites as necessary to ensure projects are on time and on budget.
9. Support project in other region if necessary.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human construction management, architecture or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in retail project management.
- Team player, ability to work and interface with all levels of organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high strong attention to detail an holistic view approach
- Working knowledge of design tools such as AutoCAD and project management software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage cross functional relationships.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and handle multiple priorities.
