While the store leader supervises and manages the team, the store attendance staff directly executes customer service, store operations, and loss prevention measures. By having a clear job desk, the store attendance team supports the store leader in achieving operational goals, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications
- Bali based
- Fluent in English
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Willing to rotate between Ubud and Canggu locations
- Retail experience a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Physically able to perform basic tasks such as lifting, stocking, and bending
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
