We are looking for candidates with experience in Fashion Retail / Fashion Store, especially those who are familiar with daily store operations and customer service.
💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide product information and recommendations according to customer needs.
Assist customers throughout the shopping experience.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle product display, replenishment, and stock arrangement.
Maintain store cleanliness, tidiness, and overall store presentation.
Arrange merchandise according to Visual Merchandising (VM) standards.
Assist with stock counting, inventory checking, and stock movement.
Handle cashier and payment transactions accurately when required.
Assist with receiving, checking, tagging, and arranging new merchandise.
Monitor product availability and report stock shortages or discrepancies.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Support promotional activities, store events, and campaign execution.
Perform other store operational duties as assigned by the Store Supervisor / Store Manager.
🎯 REQUIREMENTS
Minimum High School / Vocational School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience as Store Crew, Store Associate, Sales Associate, Retail Staff, or similar position.
Experience in Fashion Retail / Fashion Store is highly preferred.
Strong interest in fashion and retail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented with a positive and friendly attitude.
Sales-driven and target-oriented.
Well-groomed and confident in dealing with customers.
Able to work individually and as part of a team.
Responsible, disciplined, proactive, and willing to learn.
Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to store operational requirements.
Willing to be placed in a Mall in Tangerang.
