ASASI. is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Store Assistant to join our Canggu branch. As a Store Assistant, you will be at the heart of our business, ensuring our store runs smoothly and our customers receive outstanding service that reflects our brand values.
What you'll be doing
- Providing excellent customer service by greeting, assisting and attending to customer enquiries with professionalism and product knowledge
- Processing transactions accurately at the till, handling payments and managing the checkout experience
- Maintaining store displays and visual merchandising to ensure products are presented attractively and in line with company standards
- Receiving, checking and stocking merchandise, ensuring products are organised and shelved correctly
- Keeping the store clean, tidy and organised at all times, including fitting rooms and storage areas
- Assisting with stock takes and inventory management to maintain accurate records
- Supporting promotional activities and ensuring customers are aware of current offers and campaigns
- Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment
- Following company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and a safe working environment
What we're looking for
- Strictly female applicant and Bali based only
- Confident in speaking English with multi-cultural customer
- Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a menswear or fashion retail environment is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers and colleagues
- A friendly, approachable demeanour and genuine interest in providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a collaborative working atmosphere
- Attention to detail and organisational skills to maintain store standards
- Basic numeracy skills and the ability to handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Flexibility with working hours, including potential weekend and public holiday shifts
- A passion for menswear fashion and an understanding of current trends would be advantageous
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving stock
