Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients in a professional and warm manner
- Provide personalized product recommendations based on clients'needs and preferences
- Explain fabrics, tailoring details, and product features confidently
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Handle in-store sales transactions and achieve sales targets
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product presentation
- Assist with stock checking and inventory management
- Support daily store operations and coordinate with the tailoring/production team when needed
- Represent the brand image and uphold luxury service standards at all time
Requirements
- Male or female, well-groomed, neat, and presentable
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Confident in selling luxury or premium products
- Friendly, proactive, and customer-focused personality
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and within a team
- Previous experience in fashion retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or sales is preferred
- Passionate about fashion, tailoring, and luxury lifestyle is a plus
