Kapit Mas Trading (KMT) is seeking a Stock / Warehouse Operations Officer to manage and maintain accurate inventory across our operations in Bali and Java.
This role covers physical stock control, receiving and delivery documentation, real-time inventory recording in Odoo, and coordination of day-to-day stock operations.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage and monitor physical stock across KMT Bali and KMT Java.
✔ Validate incoming goods against Purchase Orders registered in Odoo.
✔ Coordinate customer deliveries and ensure Delivery Orders align with Sales Orders.
✔ Prepare weekly stock reports, including stock levels, slow-moving inventory, and replenishment needs.
✔ Record incoming and outgoing stock movements in Odoo Inventory in real time.
✔ Report and document any stock discrepancies accurately and promptly.
Requirements
• Minimum D3 in Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management.
• Experience in physical stock counting, receiving/shipping documentation, and warehouse administration.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel and understanding of warehouse documents.
• Willing to be mobile between Bali and Java based on operational needs.
• Detail-oriented, systematic, trustworthy, responsible, and proactive.
