Deskripsi pekerjaan STOCK & SUPPLY LEADER PT. Trax Sumbiri Indo
Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise daily material supply operations to the production line
• Ensure timely availability of materials based on the production schedule
• Monitor inventory accuracy and stock movement
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, Planning, and Purchasing teams
• Ensure proper receiving, storage, picking, and issuing of materials
• Implement FIFO, 5S, and inventory control best practices
• Analyze and resolve material shortages or inventory discrepancies
• Prepare inventory and operational reports
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in any major
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Material Control, Warehouse, Inventory, Supermarket, or Supply Chain within the garment or manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of inventory management and material flow processes
• Familiar with ERP/WMS systems and proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
