Steward – Uluwatu
At cøpenhagen BALI, a clean and organised kitchen is essential to a smooth and efficient operation. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Steward to join our kitchen team in Uluwatu.
Your Responsibilities
- Wash and clean dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen and dishwashing areas.
- Ensure clean equipment and utensils are available throughout service.
- Assist with cleaning kitchen floors, surfaces, and other operational areas.
- Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
- Dispose of waste properly and maintain a clean waste area.
- Support the kitchen team with general cleaning duties as required.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Steward, Dishwasher, or Kitchen Cleaner is preferred.
- Experience in a café, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is an advantage.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Reliable, disciplined, and hardworking.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good attention to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Willing to be based in Uluwatu, Bali.
