Job Responsibilities:
• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, cookware, utensils, dishes, and service equipment while ensuring proper handling and maintenance.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, dishwashing areas, waste disposal, and back-of-house hygiene in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Steward or in a similar position, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
• Familiar with dishwashing procedures, kitchen sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Able to operate and maintain dishwashing machines and cleaning equipment.
• Physically fit, hardworking, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Responsible and committed to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English is an advantage.
• Willing to work in shifts.
