Job Description
- Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, equipment, and tableware.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen and washing areas.
- Ensure all utensils and equipment are properly stored and organized.
- Support kitchen operations and daily cleaning activities.
- Manage waste disposal according to hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Follow food safety, cleanliness, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Steward in F&B or hospitality is preferred.
- Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and sanitation.
- Physically fit, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Willing to be placed in Senopati, South Jakarta.
