Steward (Bumi Aki Heritage Bandung)

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Steward to support daily stewarding operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in our kitchen and back-of-house areas.

Jobdesc:

• Ensure cleanliness of kitchen, pantry, dishwashing, and storage areas according to SOP

• Support daily stewarding operations during assigned shifts

• Manage dishwashing flow to maintain operational efficiency

• Assist in maintaining hygiene and sanitation standards

• Conduct daily cleanliness checks of working areas and equipment

• Monitor proper usage of cleaning chemicals and stewarding tools

• Coordinate with Kitchen team regarding operational needs

• Report equipment issues or cleanliness concerns to Supervisor / Leader

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 years of experience as Steward

• Experience in restaurant or hospitality industry (Asian / Indonesian restaurant background is a plus)

• Good understanding of hygiene and kitchen sanitation standards

• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment

• Disciplined, detail-oriented, and responsible

• Able to work independently and support team coordination

• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
