Job Description
As a Stakeholder Engagement Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating communication across business units, facilitating discussions with data owners, and ensuring that business rules, data formats, feedback, and follow-up actions are clearly documented and properly managed.
Job Responsibilities
- Schedule and facilitate coordination sessions across business units
- Support the clarification of business rules and data formats with data owners
- Record feedback, discussion points, and follow-up actions
- Monitor and follow up on pending feedback or action items from stakeholders
- Maintain consultation logs and coordination documentation in a structured manner
- Build and maintain productive working relationships with data owners and related stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably in Communication, Public Administration, or other Social Sciences fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cross-functional coordination or government consulting-related activities
- Strong ability to build productive working relationships with data owners and stakeholders
- Experienced in preparing consultation logs, follow-up tracking, and feedback documentation
- Good communication, coordination, and facilitation skills
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple follow-up items
- Able to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta Pusat
