Job Description :
- Install, upgrade, and maintain IT assets (hardware, software, telecommunication, and networking)
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Provide day-to-day support through ticketing helpdesk
- Regularly monitor and maintain IT assets
- Offer remote assistance to users outside the main office
- Ensure compliance with IT policies
Requirements :
- Hardware Troubleshooting
- Operating System (Windows 7/10/11)
- File Sharing & Access
- Firewall
- Networking (Network Security, Managed Switch)
- Backup / Network Attach Storage
