Tetirah Suweta Ubud is looking for 1 highly motivated individual to join our small and dedicated team. This position requires flexibility and a strong service spirit, as the role covers multiple responsibilities including housekeeping, guest service, and front office tasks—similar to a butler.
Qualifications:
Minimum high school or vocational graduate (hospitality background preferred)
Honest, responsible, and well-groomed
Friendly personality with good communication skills
Able to work independently and multitask
Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Basic knowledge of guest service, room cleaning, and front office administration
Computer literate (email, basic office applications)
Basic English communication skills required
Candidates living in or near Ubud are preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas
Assist guests with their needs throughout their stay
Handle check-in and check-out processes
Answer calls and guest inquiries
Ensure the hotel environment remains tidy and welcoming
