Staff Sales

Requirements:

• Maximum 30 years old

• Minimum S1 Bisnis Economic Business

• Candidate must prossess at Bachelor's Degree (Minimum GPA 300)

• Experience for at least three years are welcome to apply

• Proven experience in retail sales for Housewares

• Previous experience in a retail management or supervisory role (Supermarket)

• Familiarity with sales techniques such as upselling and cross-selling.

• Good Computer literate

• Good Communication Skill

• Concept Sales & Time Management

• Able to percentage

• Able to Negotiate

• Active, Strong anlytical skill, good team player and interpersonal skill, be able to work underpressure

• Experienced initial as a sales consumer goods/ retail

• Willing to be placed in Sidoarjo

Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the management.

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

• Demonstrate product knowledge and features to customers.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.

• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and sales events.

• Responsible for Develop New Market

• Responsible for Improve Product Knowledge

• Build and Develop Strong Relationship with Clients

• Make Sales Forecast

• Make Monthly Sales Report to Management
