Our client, a prominent multinational company specializing in Industrial Metrology and Precision Engineering Technology, is collaborating with HR Sinergia to find a dynamic, result-oriented, and highly motivated professional to join their team as a Staff Sales Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, presenting advanced technical solutions, and maintaining strong relationships with industrial B2B clients.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell high-quality technical and precision products to industrial customers.
- Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients and actively prospect for new B2B business opportunities.
- Provide professional product presentations and basic technical support to clients.
- Prepare accurate quotations, commercial proposals, and handle price negotiations.
- Coordinate closely with the internal engineering and service teams to meet customer requirements.
- Meet established sales targets and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular customer site visits and handle proactive follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Male.
- Single (unmarried status).
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related technical fields).
- Language Proficiency (Must meet at least one of the following): English: Intermediate level (both speaking & writing), OR
Japanese: Basic level.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong technical understanding and problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently for customer site visits.
- Must possess a valid Car Driver's License (SIM A).
Benefits & Compensation:
Employment Status: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (PKWT).
Basic Salary: Rp 6,000,000 – Rp 8,000,000 / month.
Transportation Allowance: Rp 70,000 / working day.
Language Allowance: Rp 300,000 / month (Only applicable for Japanese language skills).
