“Staff Recruitment (F&B)”
Placement : Grogol Petamburan Jakarta Barat
Requirement:
Male, max. 29 years old.
Bachelor's Degree in a related field, preferably in Psychology.
1-2 years of recruiting experience, with a preference for candidates with Food and Beverage industry experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and team members.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and relevant recruitment software and databases.
Experience with HRIS Talenta is a plus.
Familiarity with psychology tests such as DISC and Papikostic.
Knowledge of local labor laws is a plus.
Ability to work in a mobile or remote capacity, when necessary, to accommodate the evolving needs of the organization.

Job Desc:
Create and publish job listings on the company's portal.
Organize periodic job fairs with external partners.
Schedule and conduct regular walk-in interviews.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for FnB service.
Input selected candidates into the Ready To Train database on GDrive.
Regularly update candidate selection data, including vacant positions.
Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees.
Complete and submit new employee data and documents to the HR department (Personalia).
