General Qualification :

• At Least Diploma

• Should have experience at Purchasing role at least 2-3 years (Restaurant)

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong knowledge of purchasing principles, practices, and regulations.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in ERP system and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)

• Ability to work effectively under pressure.

• Ability to work independently

Job Description

• Verify selection data for suppliers

• Verify specifications and coordinate with other departments

• Review and evaluate supplier performance

• Search for potential new suppliers

• Request for quotation, verification and PO creation

• Verify receipt of goods
