Gaharu Global Solusindo, a dynamic player in the logistics and trade sector, is currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced EXIM STAFF to join our team in Tanjung Priok, Jakarta Utara, DKI Jakarta. As an EXIM STAFF at Gaharu Global Solusindo, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our import and export processes. Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and submitting import and export declarations as per regulatory requirements.

- Handling import and export documentation, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.- Coordinating with various stakeholders including customs authorities, shipping companies, and other external parties involved in the import and export process.

- Assisting in the negotiation and management of contracts related to import and export activities.

- Maintaining accurate records and reports for all import and export transactions.

- Providing support to the sales and operations teams by ensuring timely delivery of goods.

To excel in this role, we seek candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Candidates must be FEMALE and possess a Diploma in relevant fields such as Logistics, International Trade, or Business Administration. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the import and export industry is required, with a strong track record in handling import and export documents and declarations. You should be proficient in both spoken and written English, as well as Indonesian, to effectively communicate with international clients and partners. Additionally, you should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
