Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Experience in legal, compliance, or company licensing is an advantage.
- Understanding of business licensing processes (OSS, NIB, and operational permits) and company compliance standards.
- Detail-oriented with good analytical and document management skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with internal and external parties.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Job Descriptions:
- Draft, review, and archive legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and other legal records.
- Manage, update, and monitor company permits and licenses (OSS, NIB, operational licenses, etc.).
- Ensure company compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards (SNI, ISO, BPOM, K3, etc.), as well as internal policies.
- Maintain and manage certification documents and company quality standards.
- Provide legal opinions and advice to support company operations and management decisions.
- Conduct monitoring, internal audits, and reporting related to compliance for management and regulators.
- Act as a liaison between the company and regulators, government institutions, notaries, and third parties regarding legal and compliance matters.
- Support internal socialization or training programs related to legal and compliance awareness.
