We are currently looking for a responsible and proactive Staff Ops to help ensure our photobooth locations are well-maintained, fully functional, and ready to provide the best experience for our customers.
Job Description
- Monitor and maintain the condition and functionality of photobooth locations regularly.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure all booth equipment and facilities are working properly.
- Identify and troubleshoot operational issues at the booth, and coordinate with the relevant team for resolution.
- Visit booth locations when issues require on-site assistance or maintenance.
- Ensure the cleanliness, tidiness, and overall condition of the photobooth area are well maintained.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in operations, field operations, maintenance, or a related role is preferred.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to identify and respond to operational issues quickly.
- Willing to work on-site and travel between photobooth locations when needed.
- Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
