Operations Staff for Payment Industry

Requirements :

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in payment operations, reconciliation, settlement, transaction monitoring, or merchant operations is highly preferred.

- Familiar with payment ecosystem and integrations involving banks, payment gateways, switchers, acquirers, QRIS, cards, e-wallets, or other payment channels and API transaction flows.

- Experience using payment, reconciliation, ticketing, monitoring, or transaction management platforms is an advantage.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets or related tools.

- Able to prepare clear and accurate operational reports.

Additional Qualification :

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Detail-oriented, organized, high accuracy when handling transaction/financial data and able to work with high transaction volumes.

- Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external partners.

- Willing to work with operational schedules, including weekends or shifts when required.

- Able to follow SOPs, meet deadlines, and escalate issues appropriately.

- Basic knowledge of risk management, fraud prevention, and operational controls.

- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently as well as as part of a team.

- Strong willingness to learn payment industry processes, regulations, and technology.
