**PT Baitul Multazam International (BMI Wisata)** is looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join our team!
**About Us**
Established in 2013, BMI Wisata is an Umrah and Hajj travel company committed to providing reliable, comfortable, and well-organized pilgrimage experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient business processes.
- Manage end-to-end Umrah and Hajj travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transportation providers, and overseas partners.
- Lead and supervise the operations team.
- Monitor operational budgets, expenses, and vendor performance.
- Develop and improve operational procedures to maintain service quality.
- Resolve operational challenges and ensure customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**
- Experience in operations management, preferably in travel, tourism, hospitality, or related industries.
- Umrah and Hajj industry experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- English proficiency is preferred; Arabic is a plus.
- Willing to work on-site in BSD City, South Tangerang.
