Staff NOC

PT Indo Artha Teknologi, part of Artha Graha Network is currently looking for NOC Staff with following details:

Responsibilities

1. Monitor the performance of networks, servers, and other hardware in the data center.

2. Provide 24/7 monitoring support for all data center infrastructure.

3. Perform regular checks and preventive maintenance on hardware and software.

4. Quickly and efficiently identify and resolve network and system issues.

5. Handle incident escalations and collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues.

6. Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation.

7. Prepare routine reports on system performance, incidents, and maintenance.

8. Ensure all operations and procedures comply with company security and compliance policies.

9. Implement necessary security measures to protect data and infrastructure.

Qualifications

1. Minimum education: Diploma (D3) / Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.

2. Minimum of 2 years of work experience in NOC or data center management.

3. Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and data center hardware.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

5. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Relevant certifications (such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
