Job Description :
- Technical Support, Standby Shifting, Handling Troubleshoot/Problem
- Solving Network Client Issue by Remote, Monitoring and Helpdesk,
- Reporting and Ticketing.
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Fresh Graduate or Minimum 1 Years Experience, Having Excellent Knowledge in Computer Networking, Familiar with Mikrotik Devices MTCNA or CCNA Certified
- Having Excellent Communication Skill (verbal and written), Possess strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
