A well-known bistro recognized for its curated coffee and delicious French-inspired cuisine is currently looking for passionate individuals to join our team and fill the following positions:
COOK
Qualifications:
- Able to join immediately and willing to work flexible schedules, from morning to afternoon/evening shifts.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field is preferred.
- Able to prepare Western and French cuisine.
- Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene; HACCP knowledge is a plus.
- Able to follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality and presentation.
- Able to multitask, cooperative, and able to work well in a team.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Good English communication skills.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook Western and French dishes according to recipes, quality standards, and proper presentation.
- Maintain food safety, kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and proper food storage at all times.
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team during service, follow SOPs, minimize food waste, and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
