Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage import administration documents
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of import-related paperwork
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties for import processes
- Maintain proper filing and data records
- Support smooth import documentation and administration
Requirements:
- Minimum education D3 / S1 (any relevant major)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in import-related roles
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and responsible
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
