We are looking for an experienced Import Staff to join our team! To fill this position, you have to meet the following:
Responsibilities:
Handle all import and export documents process (CIPL, BL, Form E, etc).
Make draft PIB and prepared PIB payment (E-Billing).
Communication and coordinating with importer and shipper related to document and shipment schedule.
Determine HS Code based on existing documents (Cargo List).
Responsible to manage end to end import and export process.
Create and update report for every job shipment.
Accompany the operational team to carry out inspections in the field.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation or a related field is preferred.
Must have 2-3 years experience in custom clearance of handling import shipment.
Great knowledge in import & export documentation: draft PIB, Bill of Lading, Invoice & Packing List.
Experienced working in the logistics / freight forwarding company.
Good in communication skill (English or Mandarin preferable).
