Currently, we are looking for a Human Resources (HR) position who is able to work through an office.
Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
• Manage employee attendance, leave, and overtime.
• Manage office's events
• Design and create company regulations.
• Manage the company's health and employment BPJS.
• Manage employee's evaluation & training
• Assist general affairs activities
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in any major (HR and psychology preferred).
• Have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS software (if applicable).
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations (Employment Law, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan/Kesehatan).
• Experience in initial recruitment processes (CV screening, interview scheduling, etc.) is a plus.
