Staff HRD

PT SITO FAST INTERNATIONAL is seeking an experienced and proactive HR to join our dynamic and fast-growing team in Tangerang, Banten. This role requires a hands-on HR professional who can supervise HR operations, support management, and ensure effective people management across the organization. Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing daily HR operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
• Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding
• Partnering with management to align HR strategies with business objectives and workforce planning
• Providing HR guidance and advisory support to managers and employees
• Handling employee relations matters, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
• Developing, implementing, and improving HR policies, SOPs, and internal regulations
• Coordinating learning and development initiatives to support employee growth and performance
• Preparing HR reports and supporting HR data analysis for decision-making
• Executing end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast and efficient manner, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination and hiring

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources
• Strong understanding of HR operations and Indonesian employment regulations
• Mandarin-speaking ability is preferred (not mandatory)
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in HR systems and reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
