Job Description and Responsibility
- Support employee recruitment process.
- Responsible to all HR Administration Activity: (attendance, employee data)
- Support HRD & GA Supervisor for internal & external matter.
- Maintain and monitor GA activities such as : office, accommodation, maintain stationary use weekly and monthly and others.
- Supports GA project.
- Filling and handling HRD & GA documents.
- Responsible in all HRD & GA Division and Section
Requirements
- Educational background: minimum bachelor's degree from Psikologi / Human Resources
- Minimum 2 years’ experience of similar position
- Good integrity, discipline, honest, adaptable, reliable and teamwork
- Having basic knowledge and exposure of HRD & GA
- Strong knowledge on rules & regulations of employment and labour laws
- Good communication and multitasking.
