We’re PT Citra Intirama, a vibrant musical instrument distributor on a mission to bring sound to life and we need an HR staff superstar to keep our team in harmony!
This isn’t your typical HR job. We’re looking for someone who’s got the rhythm to handle HR admin, the groove to rock recruitment, and the vibe to create a workplace where people love to come to work.
📍 Placement: Jakarta Barat
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in HR (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
4. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
5. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Familiarity with psychological assessments is a plus.
