A. Qualifications:
1. Female/Male
2. Maximum 35 Years Old
3. Diploma (D3-S1) (Accounting/Finance, Auditing, or equivalent)
4. Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting
5. Priority is given to those with financial experience in the insurance sector or insurance brokerage
6. Familiarity with accounting software, tax applications, and MS. Office
7. Understand the basics of accounting and the latest tax regulations
8. Have an understanding of VAT and Income Tax
8. Experience handling or being involved in the tax reporting process at the Tax Office (KPP)
10. Willing to always keep up to date with the latest tax regulations
11. Able to work honestly, responsibly, with discipline, and with flexible hours
B. Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Prepare routine financial reports in accordance with company reporting standards
2. Record daily financial transactions and complete the posting process
3. Create journal entries, record all income and expenditure activities from the company's operational activities
4. Ensure all financial bookkeeping activities comply with the company's accounting reports and applicable regulators
5. Assist in preparing an effective and timely budget
6. Ensure the accuracy of the company's financial records
7. Prepare company tax reports, compile and submit company tax reports
8. Prepare data summaries and regular work reports to superiors
9. Oversee and provide solutions to work performed
10. Execute work according to targets set by superiors
