Requirements:
• Minimum D3 in Economics / Accounting / Finance / equivalent
• Have a minimum of 2 years experience as Accounting & Finance
• Understanding Taxes and Tax Reports (VAT, Pph, SPT)
• Able to operate Bookkeeping Applications, especially Accurate
• Have a personality of Honest, Diligent, Agile, Discipline and High Spirit of Learning.
Job Description:
• Perform accounting control (Controlling) by preparing and recommending effective and efficient policies and procedures in the Company.
• Thorough knowledge of company accounting and finance principles and procedures.
• Summarize current financial status by gathering information; preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other reports.
• Prepare Effective and Efficient Company Budget.
• Calculating taxes and preparing tax returns, balance sheets, income statements, etc.
• Responsible for daily accounting operations; ensure all payments are validated; all invoices are correctly processed and ordered to the accounting system; all transactions are recorded and reconciled before the end of the month.
• Having competency certificate ( brevet a&b, etc ) is a plus.
• Responsible for month-end closing; year-end closing
• Actively coordinate with other divisions to achieve company targets.
