Requirement:
• Background education min Bachelor Degree of Accounting/Finance
• Have experience min 1 years as Finance Spv in logistics company is priority
• Have experience in related of finance report (AR/AP)
• Have good knowledge about payment cycle
• Expert in Accounting System, Financial Report, taxation, Microsoft Excel
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Detail oriented and good administration skill
• Having good communication
• Office: Prolink Logistics Indonesia, Surabaya
Job Description:
• Handling Bank & Petty cash Transaction
• Control A/R A/P credit Limit
• Daily monitoring and control collection payment from customer
• Maintain A/R and A/P Forecast
• Prepare payments to vendor
• Maintain all financial transaction in Accounting system
• Support Manager in Financial Audit and providing all data request
• Conducting and implementing management policies in Finance, accounting and tax
• Understand the accounting program
