Requirements:
- Min. D3/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Economics/Finance.
- Max. 30 years old.
- Min. 2 years of experience in the same position.
- Proficient in operating Microsoft Excel (IF, SUM, Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, etc.) and accustomed to using financial software; knowledge of SAP systems is preferred.
- Familiar with billing process workflows and invoice targets.
- Good communication skills and detail-oriented.
- Willing to join in the near future.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with the accurate and timely issuance of patient invoices and medical service bills.
- Support the follow-up process for outstanding payments through polite and professional communication (phone, email).
- Maintain accurate records of all billing and collection activities.
- Reconcile patient accounts and resolve basic billing discrepancies.
